The editor –in-chief shall be nominated by the editorial board who may be from among its own members, excluding the ex-officio members. |

The business manager shall be elected by the editorial board, to supervise the printing and distribution of journal and other publications. |

Eight members not more than one from a subject, elected by the executive council for four years in such a way that two are elected each year. For the first term dropping out of the two members shall be by drawing of lots. |
